RESUMO

Fiber quality is a major breeding goal in cotton, but phenotypically direct selection is often hindered. In this study, we identified fiber quality and yield related loci using GWAS based on 2.97 million SNPs obtained from 10.65× resequencing data of 1081 accessions. The results showed that 585 novel fiber loci, including two novel stable SNP peaks associated with fiber length on chromosomes At12 and Dt05 and one novel genome regions linked with fiber strength on chromosome Dt12 were identified. Furthermore, by means of gene expression analysis, GhM_A12G0090, GhM_D05G1692, GhM_D12G3135 were identified and GhM_D11G2208 function was identified in Arabidopsis. Additionally, 14 consistent and stable superior haplotypes were identified, and 25 accessions were detected as possessing these 14 superior haplotype in breeding. This study provides fundamental insight relevant to identification of genes associated with fiber quality and yield will enhance future efforts toward improvement of upland cotton.

RESUMO

Conventional textile dyeing relies on the use of dyes and pigments, which can cause severe environmental contamination and waste a large amount of water. Structural coloring is one of the effective ways to achieve environmentally friendly coloring of textiles. In this work, three plant polyphenols with the same o-benzenetriol structure (tannic acid (TA), gallic acid (GA), and tea polyphenol (TP)) were selected as raw materials. Three plant polyphenols can quickly form nanofilms at the gas-liquid interface through a Schiff base reaction with polyethyleneimine (PEI) under mildly alkaline conditions, which were deposited to the surface of silk fabric, allowing precise control over the thickness of film by adjusting the time, resulting in various structurally colored silk fabric. This method for creating structural colors is not substrate-specific and enables the quick production of structural colors on various textile substrates. Furthermore, the structural color silk fabric based on plant polyphenol has antibacterial performance. This textile coloring method is simple, cost-effective and environmentally friendly, providing a new approach to eco-friendly textile dyeing.

RESUMO

We prepared a 3d-4f heterobimetallic CuEu-organic framework NBU-8 with a density of 1921 kg m-3 belonging to the family of dense packing materials (dense metal-organic frameworks or MOFs). This MOF material was prepared from 4-(pyrimidin-5-yl)benzoic acid (HPBA) with a bifunctional ligand site as a tripodal ligand and Cu2+ and Eu3+ as the metal centres; the molecular formula is Cu3Eu2(PBA)6(NO3)6·H2O. This material is a very promising dimethylformamide (DMF) molecular chemical sensor. Systematic high-pressure studies of NBU-8 were carried out by powder X-ray diffraction, high-pressure X-ray diffraction and molecular dynamics simulation. The high-pressure experiment shows that the (006) diffraction peak of the crystal structure moves toward a low angle with increasing pressure, accompanied by the phenomenon that the d-spacing increases, and as the pressure increases, the (10-2) diffraction peak moves to a higher angle, the amplitude of the d-spacing is significantly reduced and finally merges with the (006) diffraction peak into one peak. The amplitude of the d-spacing is significantly reduced, indicating that NBU-8 compresses and deforms along the a-axis direction when subjected to uniform pressure. This is caused by tilting of the ligands to become more vertical along the c direction, leading to its expansion. This allows greater contraction along the a direction. We also carried out a Rietveld structure refinement and a Birch-Murnaghan solid-state equation fitting for the high-pressure experimental results. We calculated the bulk modulus of the material to be 45.68 GPa, which is consistent with the calculated results. The framework is among the most rigid MOFs reported to date, exceeding that of Cu-BTC. Molecular dynamics simulations estimated that the mechanical energy absorbed by the system when pressurized to 5.128 GPa was 249.261 kcal mol-1. The present work will provide fresh ideas for the study of mechanical energy in other materials.

RESUMO

KEY MESSAGE: A novel QTL on chromosome 2A for Fusarium crown rot resistance was identified and validated in wheat. Fusarium crown rot (FCR) is a fungal disease that causes significant yield losses in many cereal growing regions in the world. In this study, genetic analysis was conducted for a wheat EMS mutant C549 which showed stable resistance to FCR at seedling stage. A total of 10 QTL were detected on chromosomes 1A, 2A, 3B, 4A, 6B, and 7B using a population of 138 F7 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) derived from a cross between C549 and a Chinese germplasm 3642. A novel locus Qfcr.cau-2A, which accounted for up to 24.42% of the phenotypic variation with a LOD value of 12.78, was consistently detected across all six trials conducted. Furthermore, possible effects of heading date (HD) and plant height on FCR severity were also investigated in the mapping population. While plant height had no effects on FCR resistance, a weak and negative association between FCR resistance and HD was observed. A QTL for HD (Qhd.cau-2A.2) was coincident with Qfcr.cau-2A. Conditional QTL mapping indicated that although Qfcr.cau-2A and Qhd.cau-2A.2 had significant interactions, Qfcr.cau-2A remained significant after the effects of HD was removed. It is unlikely that genes underlying these two loci are same. Nevertheless, the stable expression of Qfcr.cau-2A in the validation population of 148 F7 RILs developed between C549 and its wild parent Chuannong 16 demonstrated the potential value of this locus in FCR resistance breeding programs.

RESUMO

CO2 capture technology is one of the most important technical methods for significantly mitigating CO2 emissions in a low-carbon context. The recent invention of mixed absorbents comprising poly(ethylenimine) (PEI) and ionic liquids (ILs) provides a novel strategy for efficiently capturing CO2, and this has garnered widespread attention. However, the intermolecular interactions between the IL and other constituents during the CO2 absorption process remain unclear. In this present work, a series of density functional theory (DFT) calculations and molecular dynamics simulations were conducted to investigate the positive role of IL in CO2 capture by PEI. The results showed that the formation of hydrogen bonds between the IL anion and the amino groups of PEI primarily drives the addition of IL to PEI. During the CO2 absorption process, the IL anion not only can absorb CO2 but also exerts a dehydrogenation effect on the amino group of PEI, facilitating enhanced interaction between PEI and CO2. Additionally, the IL substantially reduces the viscosity of PEI, promoting the diffusion of CO2 within the system and enhancing the absorption rate. Based on the information on interaction energy and viscosity, we can easily make theoretical predictions for the optimal proportion of IL to be added. The above results provide fundamental insights to promote the industrial application of the PEI/IL system for CO2 capture.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Quality of life (QoL) of older adults has become a pivotal concern of the public and health system. Previous studies found that both cognitive decline and neuropsychiatric symptoms (NPS) can affect QoL in older adults. However, it remains unclear how these symptoms are related to each other and impact on QoL. Our aim is to investigate the complex network relationship between cognitive and NPS symptoms in older adults, and to further explore their association with QoL. METHODS: A cross-sectional study was conducted in a sample of 389 older individuals with complaints of memory decline. The instruments included the Neuropsychiatric Inventory, the Mini Mental State Examination, and the 36-item Short Form Health Survey. Data was analyzed using network analysis and mediation analysis. RESULTS: We found that attention and agitation were the variables with the highest centrality in cognitive and NPS symptoms, respectively. In an exploratory mediation analysis, agitation was significantly associated with poor attention (ß = -0.214, P < 0.001) and reduced QoL (ß = -0.137, P = 0.005). The indirect effect of agitation on the QoL through attention was significant (95% confidence interval (CI) [-0.119, -0.035]). Furthermore, attention served as a mediator between agitation and QoL, accounting for 35.09% of the total effect. CONCLUSIONS: By elucidating the NPS-cognition-QoL relationship, the current study provides insights for developing rehabilitation programs among older adults to ensure their QoL.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Glucocorticoids and Beta-2 receptor agonists are commonly used for the treatment of asthma in clinical practice, while these agents are accompanied by adverse reactions of different kinds. Studies have shown that acupuncture is effective in treating bronchial asthma. However, different acupuncture modalities have different costs and skill requirements, and there remains a lack of comparisons between different acupuncture modalities. This study aims to assess the efficacy of various acupuncture modalities in the treatment of asthma. METHODS: The following databases were searched for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on acupuncture for the treatment of bronchial asthma from database inception to August 26, 2022: PubMed, Embase, The Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Chinese Journal Full-text Database (CNKI), Wanfang Database (Wanfang Date), VIP Database (VIP), China Biology Medicine disc (CBM). Stata 15.1 software was used to conduct network meta-analysis. The risk of bias in the included studies was evaluated using the Cochrane Risk of Bias Assessment Tool 2 (RoB2). RESULTS: A total of 8,693 relevant studies were found, and 30 RCTs were included, involving 2,722 patients with bronchial asthma and eight acupuncture modalities: manual acupuncture, moxibustion, electroacupuncture, ignipuncture, flying needle acupuncture, acupoint catgut embedding, acupoint application, and warm-needle moxibustion. The other 29 studies had certain risks, with the quality graded as "moderate". Among the pair-wise comparisons of statistical significance (p < 0.05), acupoint application was the most effective in improving pulmonary function (FEV1: Traditional medicine therapy-acupoint application [-7.29 (-12.11,-2.47)]; acupoint application-moxibustion [7.20 (0.28,14.11)]; FVC: acupoint application-Traditional medicine therapy [8.02 (2.54,13.50)]). Acupoint catgut embedding was the most effective in improving the ACT score of the patients (Traditional medicine therapy-acupoint catgut embedding [-4.29 (-7.94, -0.65)]; acupoint catgut embedding-moxibustion [5.52 (1.05,9.99)]). CONCLUSION: Acupoint application has evident merits in improving the clinical response rate and pulmonary function, while acupoint catgut embedding can improve other secondary indicators. For the clinical treatment of asthma, acupoint application can be selected as a complementary and alternative therapy, while the other acupuncture therapies can also be considered according to the examination results of the patients.

RESUMO

Background: Malaria is a global public health concern, mainly occurring in sub-Saharan Africa. Children infected with malaria are more likely to develop severe disease, which can be fatal. During COVID-19 in 2020, diagnosing and treating malaria became difficult. We analyzed the clinical characteristics and laboratory indicators of children with severe malaria in Benin to provide important information for designing effective prevention and treatment strategies to manage pediatric cases. Methods: Clinical characteristics of pediatric patients with severe malaria admitted to two hospitals in Benin (Central Hospital of Lokossa and Regional Hospital of Natitingou, located ∼650 kilometers apart) were collected from January to December 2020. Patients were grouped according to age (group A: 4-12 months old, group B: 13-36 months old, and group C: 37-60 months old), and clinical and laboratory indicators were compared. The incidences of severe pediatric malaria in both hospitals in 2020 were calculated. Inclusion, exclusion, and blood transfusion criteria were identified. Results: We analyzed 236 pediatric cases. The main clinical symptoms among all patients were severe anemia, vomiting, prostration, poor appetite, dysphoria, and dyspnea. Over 50% of patients in group A experienced vomiting and severe anemia. Most patients in group B had severe anemia and prostration. Delirium affected significantly more patients in group C than in groups A and B. In group C, the hemoglobin and hematocrit levels were significantly higher (p < 0.05), and the leukocyte count was significantly lower (p < 0.01) than in groups A and B. Parasitemia was significantly higher in group C than in group A (p < 0.01). Twelve deaths occurred. Conclusions: Severe pediatric malaria is seasonal in Benin. The situation in children under 5 years old is poor. The main problems are severe disease conditions and high fatality rates. Effective approaches such as prevention and early and appropriate treatment are necessary to reduce the malaria burden in pediatric patients.

RESUMO

Plastic products have become ubiquitous in society, and entered various ecosystems due to the massive scale of production. The United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) has listed microplastics (MPs), which form when plastic remnants degrade, as a global emerging pollutant, and the association between soil pollution and MPs has become a popular research topic. This paper systematically reviews research focusing on MP-related soil pollution from the past 10 years (2012-2022), with the identified papers demonstrating that interactions between MPs and soil aggregates has become a research frontier in the field. The presented research provides evidence that soil aggregates are important storage sites for MPs, and that storage patterns of MPs within soil aggregates are influenced by MP characteristics. In addition, MPs affect the formation, turnover, and stability of soil aggregates through the introduction of fracture points along with diverse physicochemical characteristics such as composition and specific surface area. The current knowledge base includes certain issues and challenges that could be addressed in future research by extending the spatial and temporal scales over which microplastic-soil aggregate interactions are studied, unifying quantitative and qualitative methods, and tracing the fates of MPs in the soil matrix. This review contributes to enriching our understanding of how terrestrial MPs interact with soil aggregates, and whether they pose a risk to soil health.

RESUMO

Crops must efficiently allocate their limited energy resources to survival, growth and reproduction, including balancing growth and defense. Thus, investigating the underlying molecular mechanism of crop under stress is crucial for breeding. Chloroplasts immunity is an important facet involving in plant resistance and growth, however, whether and how crop immunity modulated by chloroplast is influenced by epigenetic regulation remains unclear. Here, the cotton lysine 2-hydroxyisobutyrylation (Khib) and succinylation (Ksuc) modifications are firstly identified and characterized, and discover that the chloroplast proteins are hit most. Both modifications are strongly associated with plant resistance to Verticillium dahliae, reflected by Khib specifically modulating PR and salicylic acid (SA) signal pathway and the identified GhHDA15 and GhSRT1 negatively regulating Verticillium wilt (VW) resistance via removing Khib and Ksuc. Further investigation uncovers that photosystem repair protein GhPSB27 situates in the core hub of both Khib- and Ksuc-modified proteins network. The acylated GhPSB27 regulated by GhHDA15 and GhSRT1 can raise the D1 protein content, further enhancing plant biomass- and seed-yield and disease resistance via increasing photosynthesis and by-products of chloroplast-derived reactive oxygen species (cROS). Therefore, this study reveals a mechanism balancing high disease resistance and high yield through epigenetic regulation of chloroplast protein, providing a novel strategy to crop improvements.

RESUMO

Marma is an important component of Ayurveda. It was recorded in Susruta Samhita that there were 107 marma points in human body, which located at the anatomical site where muscles, veins, ligaments, bones and joints meet together and were regarded as seats of life energy. While acupoints in Traditional Chinese Medicine is defined as having the similar position as marma points, and also the function of regulating vital energy, these body points have been constantly combined with acupuncture technique, which encouraged doctors to stimulate applicable acupoints in order to relief pain and treat diseases. Given the similarity of their location and regulation of vital energy, this paper further conducted a systematic comparison of their origins, general features and clinical applications based on literature of Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. The results indicated that the main difference existed in their origin, with marma from the battlefield culture of ancient India and acupoints from medical experience of ancient Chinese. In general features, they showed diverse characteristics of medical theories through classified methods. As for clinical applications, acupoints have always been closely related to medical science in the whole progression, yet marma points were gradually endowed with medical functions. Overall, these body points appeared independently and conveyed the different body views bred by two civilizations. Through cross-region comparison, people's understanding of each traditional medicine and cultural connotation behind it could be deepened, which assisted to achieve the cooperation and innovation of traditional medicine.

RESUMO

Huangdi Neijing (Yellow Emperor 's Canon of Medicine) establishes the theory that yuan-source points are indicated in zangfu diseases. However, compared with the yuan-source points of yin meridians for the treatment of zang-organ diseases, there is less attention to the indication of yuan-source points of yang meridians for fu-organ diseases, and this statement is even questioned. Collating the early literature and associating with the researches of medical experts, it is found that Nanjing (Classic of Difficult Questions) should be the theoretic origin that yuan-source points of yang meridians are indicated in fu-organ diseases. Regarding the reasons why this theory has not received clinical attention, the three aspects are involved, i.e. the theoretic completion of "he-sea points of three-foot-yang meridians for the diseases of six fu-organs", the limitation of the theory itself, and the lack of literature materials. It is proposed that the exploration on this theory should be deepened in views of the essence of yuan-source points relevant with the characteristic of the wrist-ankle pulse palpation region, acupoint combination, modern technology, etc.

RESUMO

The effects of coal metakaolin on the mechanical properties of high-belite sulphoaluminate cement under compressive loading were investigated. The composition and microstructure of hydration products at different hydration times were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electronic microscopy. The hydration process of blended cement was studied via electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. In particular, replacing a part of cement with CMK (10%, 20%, and 30%) was found to promote the hydration process, to refine the pore size, and to improve the compressive strength of the composite. The best compressive strength of the cement was achieved at a CMK content of 30% after 28 days hydration, being improved by 20.13 MPa, or 1.44 times relative to that of undoped specimens. Furthermore, the compressive strength is shown to correlate with the impedance parameter RCCP, which allows the latter to be used for nondestructive assessment of the compressive strength of blended cement materials.

RESUMO

MAP65 is a microtubule-binding protein family in plants and plays crucial roles in regulating cell growth and development, intercellular communication, and plant responses to various environmental stresses. However, MAP65s in Cucurbitaceae are still less understood. In this study, a total of 40 MAP65s were identified from six Cucurbitaceae species (Cucumis sativus L., Citrullus lanatus, Cucumis melo L., Cucurbita moschata, Lagenaria siceraria, and Benincasa hispida) and classified into five groups by phylogenetic analysis according to gene structures and conserved domains. A conserved domain (MAP65_ASE1) was found in all MAP65 proteins. In cucumber, we isolated six CsaMAP65s with different expression patterns in tissues including root, stem, leaf, female flower, male flower, and fruit. Subcellular localizations of CsaMAP65s verified that all CsaMAP65s were localized in microtubule and microfilament. Analyses of the promoter regions of CsaMAP65s have screened different cis-acting regulatory elements involved in growth and development and responses to hormone and stresses. In addition, CsaMAP65-5 in leaves was significantly upregulated by salt stress, and this promotion effect was higher in cucumber cultivars with salt tolerant than that without salt tolerant. CsaMAP65-1 in leaves was significantly upregulated by cold stress, and this promotion was higher in cold-tolerant cultivar than intolerant cultivar. With the genome-wide characterization and phylogenetic analysis of Cucurbitaceae MAP65s, and the expression profile of CsaMAP65s in cucumber, this study laid a foundation for further study on MAP65 functions in developmental processes and responses to abiotic stress in Cucurbitaceae species.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: The benefits of exercise on the cardiovascular system are widely recognized; however, the underlying mechanisms are unknown. Here, we report the effect of the long noncoding RNA NEAT1 (nuclear paraspeckle assembly transcript 1), which is regulated by exercise, on atherosclerosis development after N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modifications. METHODS: Using clinical cohorts and NEAT1-/- mice, we determined the exercise-mediated expression and role of NEAT1 in atherosclerosis. To investigate the mechanism of epigenetic modification of NEAT1 regulated by exercise, we identified METTL14 (methyltransferase-like 14)-a key m6A modification enzyme under exercise-and found that METTL14 alters the expression and role of NEAT1 through m6A modification and elucidated the specific mechanism of METTL14 in vitro and in vivo. Finally, the NEAT1 downstream regulatory network was investigated. RESULTS: We found that NEAT1 expression was downregulated with exercise and that downregulation of NEAT1 was an important factor in the improvement of atherosclerosis with exercise. Exercise-mediated loss of function of NEAT1 can delay atherosclerosis. Mechanistically, we showed that exercise induced a significant downregulation of m6A modification and METTL14, which binds to the m6A sites of NEAT1 and promotes NEAT1 expression through subsequent YTHDC1 (YTH domain-containing 1) recognition to promote endothelial pyroptosis. Furthermore, NEAT1 induces endothelial pyroptosis by binding KLF4 (Kruppel-like factor 4) to promote the transcriptional activation of the key pyroptotic protein NLRP3 (NOD-like receptor thermal protein domain-associated protein 3), whereas exercise can attenuate NEAT1-mediated endothelial pyroptosis to improve atherosclerosis. CONCLUSIONS: Our study of NEAT1 provides new insights into the improvement of atherosclerosis by exercise. This finding demonstrates the role of exercise-mediated NEAT1 downregulation in atherosclerosis while expanding our understanding of the mechanisms by which exercise regulates long noncoding RNA function through epigenetic modifications.

RESUMO

Emotion plays crucial roles in human life. Recently, emotion classification from electroencephalogram (EEG) signal has attracted attention by researchers due to the rapid development of brain computer interface (BCI) techniques and machine learning algorithms. However, recent studies on emotion classification show resource utilization because they use the fully-supervised learning methods. Therefore, in this study, we applied the self-supervised learning methods to improve the efficiency of resources usage. We employed a self-supervised approach to train deep multi-task convolutional neural network (CNN) for EEG-based emotion classification. First, six signal transformations were performed on unlabeled EEG data to construct the pretext task. Second, a multi-task CNN was used to perform signal transformation recognition on the transformed signals together with the original signals. After the signal transformation recognition network was trained, the convolutional layer network was frozen and the fully connected layer was reconstructed as emotion recognition network. Finally, the EEG data with affective labels were used to train the emotion recognition network to clarify the emotion. In this paper, we conduct extensive experiments from the data scaling perspective using the SEED, DEAP affective dataset. Results showed that the self-supervised learning methods can learn the internal representation of data and save computation time compared to the fully-supervised learning methods. In conclusion, our study suggests that the self-supervised machine learning model can improve the performance of emotion classification compared to the conventional fully supervised model.

RESUMO

While Mek1/2 and Gsk3ß inhibition ("2i") supports the maintenance of murine embryonic stem cells (ESCs) in a homogenous naïve state, prolonged culture in 2i results in aneuploidy and DNA hypomethylation that impairs developmental potential. Additionally, 2i fails to support derivation and culture of fully potent female ESCs. Here we find that mouse ESCs cultured in 2i/LIF supplemented with lipid-rich albumin (AlbuMAX) undergo pluripotency transition yet maintain genomic stability and full potency over long-term culture. Mechanistically, lipids in AlbuMAX impact intracellular metabolism including nucleotide biosynthesis, lipid biogenesis, and TCA cycle intermediates, with enhanced expression of DNMT3s that prevent DNA hypomethylation. Lipids induce a formative-like pluripotent state through direct stimulation of Erk2 phosphorylation, which also alleviates X chromosome loss in female ESCs. Importantly, both male and female "all-ESC" mice can be generated from de novo derived ESCs using AlbuMAX-based media. Our findings underscore the importance of lipids to pluripotency and link nutrient cues to genome integrity in early development.

RESUMO

Support vector machine (SVM) is a widely used and effective classifier. Its efficiency and accuracy mainly depend on the exceptional feature subset and optimal parameters. In this paper, a new feature selection method and an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm are proposed to improve the efficiency and the classification accuracy of the SVM. The new feature selection method, named Feature Selection-score (FS-score), performs well on data sets. If a feature makes the class external sparse and the class internal compact, its FS-score value will be larger and the probability of being selected will be greater. An improved particle swarm optimization model with dynamic adjustment of inertia weight (DWPSO-SVM) is also proposed to optimize the parameters of the SVM. By improving the calculation method of the inertia weight of the particle swarm optimization (PSO), inertia weight can decrease nonlinearly with the number of iterations increasing. In particular, the introduction of random function brings the inertia weight diversity in the later stage of the algorithm and the global searching ability of the algorithm to avoid falling into local extremum. The experiment is performed on the standard UCI data sets whose features are selected by the FS-score method. Experiments demonstrate that our algorithm achieves better classification performance compared with other state-of-the-art algorithms.

RESUMO

Arsenic and its compounds are widely found in nature. They are often absorbed into the human body through the respiratory tract, skin and digestive tract, and distributed throughout the body through the blood. It is more common in coal burning arsenic poisoning and drinking water arsenic poisoning. In recent years, arsenic poisoning related to industrial production has also been reported. Two cases of hydrogen arsenide poisoning related to industrial production were reported and analyzed in order to improve the treatment level.

RESUMO

The use of a coal-based energy structure generates a large amount of CO2 and NOx. The numerous emissions from these agents result in acid rain, photochemical smog, and haze. This environmental problem is considered one of the greatest challenges facing humankind in this century. Preheating combustion technology is considered an essential method for lowering the emissions of CO2 and NO. In this research, the char prepared from O2/CO2 and O2/H2O atmospheres was employed to reveal the effects of the addition of an oxidizing agent on the combustion characteristics of char. The structural features and combustion characteristics of preheated chars were determined by Raman, temperature-programmed desorption (TPD), and non-isothermal, thermo-gravimetric (TGA) experiments. According to the experimental results, the addition of oxidizing agents promoted the generation of smaller aromatic ring structures and oxygen-containing functional groups. The improvement in the surface physicochemical properties enhanced the reactivity of char and lowered its combustion activation energy. Furthermore, the combustion mechanisms of the char prepared from the O2/CO2 and O2/H2O atmospheres were investigated using the density functional theory (DFT). The simulation results illustrated that the combustion essence of char could be attributed to the migration of active atoms, the fracture of the benzene ring structure, and the reorganization of new systems. The addition of oxidizing agents weakened the conjugated components of the aromatic ring systems, promoting the successive decomposition of CO and NO. The results of this study can provide a theoretical basis for regulating the reaction atmosphere in the preheating process and promoting the development of clean combustion for high-rank coals.
